How is this different from built-in screen time controls?

People dismiss and get around the screen restrictions that are set up. We were there ourselves once, and thats why we created Moment, the only solution that worked for us because its locked down by default. It is impossible to access time wasting and unproductive apps on MomentOS, as it is internally built to block those things meaning that Moment will give you the best chance at reducing your screen time for good.

Can I still download apps?

Our team has restricted the app store on the device to display only vetted essential and productivity apps. Everything you need like Uber, Google Maps, Slack, Google Docs, Wallet and more is available to download, but at the same time its impossible to download anything that is unproductive. If there's an app fitting our ethos that is not available, you can request it to be added through our support team, and we will endeavour to update the app store with it in under 24 hours.

What if I try to reset the phone?

Factory resets, safe mode, and SIM swaps don’t work to get around the restrictions. Moment is built to restrict the nonsense from the ground up, and it stays in place no matter what.

What if you don't have an app I need?

The app store on Moment One is filled with essential and productivity marked app's that have been vetted by our team to ensure that there are no distractions. If there is an app that fits our ethos which is not available, you can request it to be added from our team on our website's support page, and we will check the app and update our app store within 24 hours.

Our Moment One device is based on tried and trusted products from reputable manufacturer Ulefone. Moment is the provider of support and warranty for the device, and all orders are guarenteed by Australian Consumer Law. Is this suitable for my children and teenagers?

Yes, Moment One can be the perfect tool for allowing your kid access to the digital world, without needing to worry about fostering a spiralling screen addiction. The minimum reccomended user age for Moment is  13 Years Old.
